I made this cosplay because darksiders is one of my favorite Video game series of all time. I wanted to make a cosplay of a male character, but a female version for fun. This was my second time making a full body armor.

I wore this to Comic Con San Diego & NYC, and also to Raleigh Supercon in 2018!

Fun Facts:

  • I made half the cosplay while sitting at the pool during the early summer because I bought a cordless hot glue gun!

  • I burnt my leg really bad with the cordless hot glue gun. OUCH

  • I put 6 layers of plastidip on each piece of armor before painting details on them.

  • The sword is the one thing I didn’t make for this. It was foam and light and already such a beautiful product, so why try to make one better? I could never have made it better!

  • We have curtains in our theater room in our house and I had extra fabric from that... so I used it to sew the hood, belt, and other parts of the cosplay.
